Cal Raleigh is partnering with PEMCO to encourage K-12 students to read throughout the year. Snap a photo of your child "caught" with a book at home, outside, or on the go for a chance to win autographed prizes.

SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES
Five winners will be selected at random throughout the challenge to win an official Major League Baseball autographed by Cal Raleigh. Prizes are valued at $280.00 each.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible, submitters and entrants must:
- Be residents of Washington or Oregon who are 18 years of age or older
- Have legal authority to provide consent for all minors in the photo
- Be the parent or legal guardian of the minor child depicted in the submitted photograph
- Tag PEMCO Insurance and use the hashtag #CaughtReadingWithCal
- Be accompanied by a complete entry form
Submission provides affirmative agreement to the official rules.

How do I enter if I don’t have social media?
This challenge is open to all Washington and Oregon residents, even if you don’t have social media. Just use this entry form – as many times as you’d like – and you’ve officially entered!
How many times can I enter?
There’s no limit. Each photo counts as a separate entry, as long as it’s submitted with a completed entry form between March 26 and September 27, 2026.
Do I need to show my child’s face in the photo?
Not at all. We know some families prefer not to share faces on social media. Photos from taken from the back, partially hidden faces, or creative angles are all welcome. You can also skip social media entirely and enter using the form.
When does the challenge start and end?
The Get Caught Reading Challenge kicks off on Opening Day of the Seattle Mariners season, March 26, 2026 and runs through the regular season on September 27, 2026.
How will winners be selected and notified?
Winners will be selected at random and will be notified through the email address provided in the entry form.
What kind of prizes can I win?
Prizes include official Major League Baseballs signed by Cal Raleigh himself valued at $280 each! One prize per winner will be sent directly to winners. No cash substitution or transfer of prizes.
How will the photo I submit be used?
Submitting a photo in the Get Caught Reading Challenge allows PEMCO to use it for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes for this, and future, Get Caught Reading efforts. Photos may appear in public-facing communications such as social media, websites, local media, and emails.
